Enhancing Collaboration & Communication at Irish Lights
The Digital Technology Services Project of the Year award recognises the digital transformation project delivered for our client, Irish Lights. With a people-focused approach to technology change, the team harnessed the power of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint to elevate communication and collaboration across Irish Lights. Knowledge management was further strengthened through the design and delivery of a modern information architecture while a focus on best practice change management principles ensured strong adoption and maximum business impact.
